Terms of Service & Sales Agreement

1. Curated Provenance & Authenticity Guarantee
Every electronic hardware unit, workstation, mobile device, and acoustic apparatus listed on VoltPulse is sourced exclusively through direct authorized distributor agreements or authenticated original equipment manufacturer (OEM) channels. VoltPulse issues statutory GST invoices bearing verified serial numbers and IMEI allocations.
2. Settlement Protocol & Zero Cash-on-Delivery Policy
To eliminate courier fraud, parcel substitution, and in-transit tampering, VoltPulse operates under a strict Zero COD protocol. All purchases must be settled prior to dispatch via encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateways (UPI, RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, NetBanking) or authenticated direct bank transfers.
3. Order Acceptance, Verification & Allocation
Upon successful receipt of settlement funds, VoltPulse executes automated fraud screening and inventory lock. Due to high market volatility in semiconductors and limited boutique drops, VoltPulse reserves the right to reject or void orders in rare events of verified pricing errors or unfulfillable supply chain disruptions, issuing an immediate full refund to the originating payment instrument.
4. Limitation of Liability
VoltPulse is not liable for secondary damages, incidental downtime, or operational delays caused by carrier transit disruptions, customs inspections, or manufacturer warranty dispute procedures beyond our direct logistics custody.
