1. Insured Air Express Transit
All high-value consignments are insured against transit casualty, shock damage, and theft from the moment of dispatch until physical signature receipt. We partner exclusively with premium logistics carriers (BlueDart Apex, Delhivery Express, FedEx Priority).
2. Dispatch Timelines & Packaging
Orders confirmed before 14:00 IST are dispatched on the same business day from our climate-controlled Bengaluru logistics facility. Parcels are secured with tamper-evident holographic holographic security tape.
3. Open-Box Delivery Verification
For select high-tier systems (custom workstations, MacBooks, flagship camera phones), our courier partners offer authenticated OTP open-box verification to confirm unit integrity prior to signing acknowledgment.
